Roaring thunder, bright, sharp arrow-like lightning, and all the refulgence that comes with it, echoed the harmonious sound of thunderous rain splattering against her window! Unlike most people, for Anna, this was like watching Ginger and Fred waltzing to their rhythm; a togetherness that was a beautiful tandem at that particular moment but enormously different when apart.

Oh, how she loved it when it rained, and on this particular day, while sitting on her bay window seat, looking outside toward suburban New York, Anna Marie was in a state of musing. A cup of hot tea in one hand and the other holding her phone, she recalled how far she had come since her first day at the Advertising Agency.
